Excellent Hotel Experience
delicious wrap timely pick-up
The staff responded quickly to my request for a late dinner. The chef prepared a delicious chicken wrap even though the kitchen was closing (it was really appreciated!). Trevor provided timely airport pick-up and drop-off. He was always on schedule.
The carpeting throughout the entire room felt unnecessary. Rugs might suffice for a lighter feel. (I think it would improve the room's ambience).

stylish interior fresh options secure parking friendly staff
my room was spacious, with stylish interiors and thoughtful details. breakfast was really good with fresh, well-presented options. parking felt secure, located inside the hotel. the staff were very friendly, they offered great service.
I noticed the space was a bit limited. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Fantastic Experience!
excellent breakfast stylish interior
I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast . The room was stylish , and every detail seemed well thought out. I found the bed comfortable , and the soundproofing worked well.
I thought the towels could be softer. They did not seem very fluffy.

Rosebank Mall is very close to the hotel , and it provides convenient access to different areas. Bristol Road's Jacaranda trees near the hotel offered beautiful views from various locations. These included the rooms and the rooftop.

The staff was friendly , attentive , and helpful. Busi was great to work with , and she communicated quickly and effectively. The staff went the extra mile to set up a celebration.
